We Build Healthier Food Behaviours in Communities and Workplaces.
Through tailored programs and events, we go beyond one-off health messages to build real-world food skills, confidence, and supportive environments that last.
Our mobile team of public health nutritionists and qualified chefs delivers engaging, hands-on sessions across schools, workplaces, sporting clubs, and community settings—using the food, facilities, and resources already available to turn nutrition knowledge into practical action.
We help adults plan balanced, budget-friendly, nutritious meals and reduce food waste, while inspiring primary-aged children with fun, interactive cooking and smoothie bike experiences that make healthier choices exciting.
Because food behaviour is complex, collaboration and community are at the heart of what we do — creating lasting change, not just short-term impact.
What our participants say:
“Fun, informative, and interactive.”
“I found the program very engaging.”
“I now have an appreciation for healthy food.”
